- I'm a university writing consultant who lives in Seattle. I live with my wonderful boyfriend and our collection of M&Ms and house plants (and about a million books). I grew up in Woodland, Washington (a little town just north of Portland, Oregon). I have a Bachelor's degree in English from Portland State and a Master's degree in American Literature from Central Washington University.
